The Suave Painting Workshop
what we offer
The Suave Painting workshop offers work experience and training in the painting and decorating industry whilst addressing issues that hinder students from performing well, developing, and achieving their maximum potential. Our aim is to give them the practical tools and skills needed for their future role, whilst addressing attitudes and exploring principles to help navigate through social and personal obstacles that might otherwise stop participants from applying themselves or progressing.
OUR OBJECTIVE
Students will learn practical painting skills, and how to work on a variety of areas such as walls and ceilings, skirting boards, door, and window frames. Giving participants the tools, they will need through the Suave painting workshop. Using role play, teachings, and open discussions that will allow them to take ownership and leadership of their choices and to prepare them for further training, employment, and life.
The Programme
2 Sessions per week 10:00am-15:00pm
Lasting for 6-8 weeks
·4 students per session
· Days will be tailored to each individual student
· On the 4th week students will be invited to come on site to do a trial with the company
